SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. — The Sheboygan County Joint Dispatch Center received a call reporting a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning. It happened on I-43 at County Road FF.
Witnesses say one vehicle was driving southbound at a high speed, when it hit another car occupied by two adults and a child. The female passenger and child sustained incapacitating injuries.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck was treated for minor injuries and released.
The driver of the offending vehicle was arrested for OWI and Reckless Driving. The offending driver received minor injuries.
