BELLEVUE (NBC 26) -- Plae Bistro has continued to grow at its location off Hoffman Road in Bellevue. The restaurant is celebrating 13 years in business this March, but it looks differently than what they hoped thanks to coronavirus and an executive order from Governor Tony Evers.
A "Safer-at-Home" order took effect March 25th, 2020 in the state of Wisconsin to help slow the spread of coronavirus.
It has forced Plae Bistro to only offer take out orders, which has been a new challenge, but Alli Hardy, the General Manager at Plae Bistro, says they've done their very best to adapt to.
"Our customers are the best. We have so many regulars and it's been incredibly to see their support during this time." said, Alli Hardy, General Manager at Plae Bistro.
Plae Bistro says they'll continue to abide by any rules and regulations during this health crisis, but add that they can't wait until they can open their doors back open to all of their guests. Hardy says she believes their guests can't wait either.
