Today is the shortest day of the year, with the Winter Solstice. As we bring in the new season, a clipper moves through bringing a dusting - 2" of snow. The final track of the system will determine who gets what & where but heavier totals are expected north with less south. Temps will be below normal in the 20s with gusty winds up to 35mph, making today feel like the teens!!
Skies will be mostly sunny on Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 20s.
An area of low pressure will begin moving in Thursday morning. There will be a chance of some more snow or a wintry mix with temperatures in the lower 30s.
Rain(some wintry mix) showers will welcome us on Christmas Eve with highs in the upper 30 to around 40, making for a brown Christmas for many of us.....especially south of Green Bay.
It will be slightly cooler on Christmas Day with highs in the lower to mid 30s.
We will have another chance of snow on Sunday.
