The warm weather begins to wind down after today... so soak it up before it's long gone!
Today we will start off mostly sunny, with light southwest winds, highs in the lower to mid 60s. But a cold front moves through late this afternoon, which will switch our winds to out of the north... which will begin to steal away our heat wave away.
High temperatures fall into the lower to mid 50s Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies. There is a slight chance of rain showers in southern Wisconsin.
We should be dry on Wednesday with highs in the mid 50s.
A strong fall storm system moves through the area Thursday with remnant effects through the weekend. Rain showers will be most anticipated on Thursday followed by some isolated showers Friday and Saturday. Sunday morning we could see a wintry mix and a light dusting of snowfall arrive.
