Temperatures were running below normal today, but the sun did feel nice making it seem warmer than it actually was.
We will dip down into the single digits northwest of the Fox Valley with lower to mid teens elsewhere under partly cloudy skies.
We will get into the upper 30s and lower 40s Friday with mostly cloudy weather. Winds will pick up out of the southeast.
Overnight into Saturday morning, A batch of wintry weather will move through. There is a risk for freezing rain northwest of the Fox Valley, mainly impacting the Northwoods areas. A glaze to two tenths of an inch may be possible for areas up to Antigo, Mountain, and Pembine.
Temperatures will rise well into the 40s Saturday with a chance of both showers and maybe even thunderstorms.
A wintry mix will be possible on the back side of this storm, but we will remain unscathed from the worst of it.
Quiet weather arrives early next week.
