A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect along the lakeshore this morning from Door County to Sheboygan, am intense lake effect snow band has set up and puttin down 3-6+". This is lifting north through the morning and will move southward again after 2pm.
This afternoon a quick shot of widespread snow moves in for the rest of us, bringing 1-3" of snow.
As we push into the weekend, mostly sunny skies will dominate and temperatures will be closer to normal Saturday in the low 30s and into the upper 20s on Sunday.
