The cooler air begins to take over today, as we will only rise into the mid 50s, with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Overnight, skies will clear and we will lose our "blanket" overnight. This will allow our temperatures to drop below freezing again.

Wednesday will be similar to today, with highs in the mid 50s and mostly cloudy weather.

Rain arrives late Wednesday night, overnight and into Thursday with highs in the mid 50s. We are looking at a 1/2" of rain. This could also turn into a wintry mix early Friday morning, which could lead to slick and slippery roads.

A cold snap takes over on Friday through the weekend with upper 30s expected. There will be a chance of some light rain and snow showers again on Sunday morning.
