FLOODING: After heavy rain of 2-7" fell in Wisconsin, roads have closed, with standing water on them and rivers are rising.
A River Flood Warning has been issued for the Manitowoc River on 7/15/21. Meteorologist Brittney Merlot explains why the rivers continue to rise even after the rain has ended and the importance of never driving through flooded streets.
