Another January thaw is winding down, after Tuesday marked the warmest day in over 3 weeks... now everything is about to change Wednesday.
A cold front is surging in, with gusty winds & sub-zero wind chills. This will last through Thursday. A Wind Chill Advisory is n effect until noon on Thursday for -20 to -30° wind chills that could cause frost bite on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.
Warmer temperatures arrive on Saturday with highs in the low 20s, and a small shot of snow with less than an inch expected to move out by the afternoon hours. During the Packers game, temperatures will be plummeting to sub zero wind chills.
