TWO RIVERS (NBC 26) — UPDATE: The Two Rivers Police Department has confirmed the remains found on Saturday in rural Manitowoc County belong to Elijah Vue.
The Two Rivers Chief of Police Ben Meinnert said this is now a death investigation. Vue, who disappeared when he was three years old, had been missing since February 20th.
