OCONTO FALLS, Wis. (NBC 26) — The last time Oconto Falls made the WIAA football playoffs, the players on the current team were still five or more years away from being born.

Friday night, the Panthers will snap one of the state's longest playoff droughts as they host Little Chute in a WIAA Level 1 playoff game.

It's their first playoff appearance since 1998, when they went one and done. The last time Oconto Falls won a playoff game was 1997, when it won the Division 3 state championship.
