GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC 26) — The Packers have placed Jordan Love on the Reserve/COVID list, meaning the backup QB has tested positive for COVID-19.
Love said last month he had been vaccinated against the coronavirus, and the only way vaccinated players can be placed on the COVID list is due to a positive test.
#Packers place QB Jordan Love on the reserve/COVID-19 list. He has said publicly that he’s vaccinated, so this means he tested positive and (if asymptomatic) out until he returns two consecutive negative tests 24 hours apart.

Love could return to the Packers if he tests negative twice, with those tests coming at least 24 hours apart.
Aaron Rodgers will be healthy enough to start Sunday night's game against the Bears, but Love's absence could create a practice problem for the Packers. If Rodgers still can't practice because of his toe injury, that means third-string QB Kurt Benkert would be the only quarterback available in practice this week.
Aaron Rodgers might not practice because of his fractured toe. Now Jordan Love is out with COVID-19.

Kurt Benkert would be QB1 in practice.
And Blake Bortles might be cutting another round of golf short soon.
