Packers GM Brian Gutekunst says “performance comes first” in his decision to trade Ty Montgomery, but he acknowledges all the other stuff played a factor as well.
"This is a performance league," Gutekunst said in a news conference Wednesday. “If you don’t perform, there are consequences.”
