GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC 26) — The Packers have finalized their coaching staff for the 2021 season, with much of the staff from 2020 staying in place.
As expected, Joe Barry will take over as Green Bay's defensive coordinator. He replaces Mike Pettine, who was let go in late January.
Maurice Drayton, who has spent the last three seasons as an assistant coach with Green Bay, will take over as the special teams coordinator. He replaces Shawn Mennenga, who was also let go.
Two coaches earned in-house promotions. Veteran coach Jerry Gray will retain his role as the Packers' defensive backs coach, but will also take on a role as passing game coordinator. Similarly, Adams Stenavich will remain as Green Bay's offensive line coach, but now takes over a running game coordinator role.
