GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — During a media briefing, Packers Head Coach Matt LaFleur announced that David Bakhtiari will be coming off the PUP list.
LaFleur said, "Bakhtiari will only do individual [practice] as it is the next step but we are excited to get him out there on the grass," LaFleur also said that they are, "taking it one day at a time. We just want to see how he responds and when he's ready, he's ready."
Bakhtiari was first placed on the PUP list earlier this year due to his ACL injuries.
He first tore his ACL in December of 2020. He returned to the field in 2021 and played 20 snaps, but reinjured his knee. He has since had three surgeries.
