MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Bucks invited fans to a send-off Friday before they head to Brooklyn for Game 7.

The send-off was held along Layton Avenue outside Signature Flight Support (923 E. Layton Ave.).

The deer struck fear in the Brooklyn Nets Thursday night at Fiserv Forum. Now it's win or go home for Milwaukee. And die-hard bucks fans are confident their team will bring a W home Saturday.

Fans of all ages, big and small, waited patiently outside Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport to show support and say good luck to their favorite Bucks players heading to Brooklyn for Game 7.

"We've been here since 9:30, we're really excited. We are really pumped, this is our first time coming here and watching them. We wanted to for a long time," said one fan, Courtney Olives.

In a crucial Game 6 on Thursday night at Fiserv Forum, the Bucks stayed alive in the playoffs for another day, beating the Nets 104-89.

"I felt great last night. Game 6 we got the W. Tomorrow night, Juneteenth, we're going to get it again," said another fan, Corey Paige.

One by one, players drove into the airport to get to their flight, but not before stopping to say hi to fans and sign some autographs.

"It's been a while, but I have confidence that they're going to bring it home. If they keep up with what they're doing now. We got it," said Charlene Nworie.

For Game 7, the analytics site FiveThirtyEight gives the Bucks a 43% chance to win on Saturday, compared to ESPN's power index which gives the Bucks a 40% chance.

"It'll be a close game, but if PJ Tucker guards Durant good, we win," said Jayden Mahomes.

"I think we have the firepower, authentically and defensively, it's going to be a team effort," said Pete Mroz.

And while there's no telling what the outcome will be, these lifelong fans say they believe their team will make it all the way.

'We've been here before in 2018. It didn't go too well but we are here for redemption. Wherever it goes, we're going to the finals. We're taking it. Plain and simple," said Paige.
