MADISON (WGBA) -- The Menasha football team surrendered a touchdown and go-ahead two-point conversion in the final minute to lose Friday's WIAA Division 3 state football championship to DeForest, 8-7.
The loss comes one week after the Bluejays won in the same fashion, scoring a late touchdown and two-point try to beat Menomonie 36-35 in the state semifinals.
