CLINTONVILLE, WIS — An 82-year-old Clintonville man has been watching as his tulip garden continues to prosper for nearly 20 years. Donald Steinbach, started his garden in the year 2000, and today the gardener claims to have anywhere from 30-thousand to 40-thousand tulips blooming on a seasonal basis. In this edition of Small Towns we introduce you to the gardener and show you his secluded Tulip's, hidden from the public's view in his backyard.
