GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC 26) -- Mackinaws Grill & Spirits is still offering curbside pick up and delivery through the pandemic.

Owner Kevin Quinn said he and his father opened the restaurant in 2002.

"All the wood in the place was taken off my dad's property in the house that I grew up in as a child on the west side of Green Bay, and they were trees actually that he planted with my grandpa," said Quinn.

Quinn added that he has since become the sole owner of Mackinaws Grill & Spirits. He said now they've been learning how to be a little more creative during this pandemic. The restaurant is offering curbside pick up and delivery through EatStreet.

"Servers with masks walk up to your car, ask you your name. We have another person from the kitchen specifically grabbing food, bringing it up to the table in our foyer there. That person that addressed the car runs back, grabs the bag corresponding, sets it in the car, so it's really streamlined. It's really nice," Quinn explained.

He also said they've been seeing a lot of positive feedback from the community, placing larger orders, buying gift cards, and continuing to support the business during this time.

Mackinaws Grill & Spirits has changed its hours to 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
