A "vague bomb threat" prompted Wausaukee High School to evacuate Thursday morning, according to the Marinette County Sheriff's Office.
The Sheriff's Office first reported that they were responding to an "incident" around 11 a.m. Thursday and that the school had been evacuated. The threat was apparently written on a bathroom wall.
About two hours later, the Sheriff's Office provided an update, saying the Brown County Bomb Squad was brought in to investigate a vague threat. The school was cleared and students were brought back in to the school to resume classes.
