At 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, Oshkosh Police officers from the vice and narcotics unit arrested two Milwaukee men, ages 22 and 26 respectively, for possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
The arrests were a result of a controlled operation conducted by VNU in which the men came to Oshkosh from Milwaukee to sell cocaine. Two ounces of cocaine were located and seized.
