Titletown just issued a news release for the opening of its ice rink:
Titletown is set to open its ice skating rink at 10 a.m. this Saturday, Nov. 17. The ice rink schedule and details about admission and skate rental prices are available at titletown.com/events/recreation/skating.
The community development just west of Lambeau Field will also begin its annual Winter Jubilee, presented by Camera Corner Connecting Point HP and Subway, on Friday, Nov. 23.
Titletown’s Winter Jubilee will kick off with the first Winter Jubilee Light Show at 6 p.m. on Nov. 23, along with the debut of the new Titletown Ice Lounge and additional winter and holiday programming.
Construction is underway now on the Titletown Ice Lounge on the east side of the park, just off of Ridge Road. The temporary, climate-controlled structure will offer a cocktail bar and tables made of ice as well as specially made interactive ice sculptures. More details about the Ice Lounge, including hours of operation, will be available soon.
The Winter Jubilee Light Show at Titletown will take place most Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from Nov. 23 until Dec. 31. The family-friendly presentation will feature a new and dazzling blend of holiday-themed lights, music and special effects, as well as animation, lasers and fireworks.
The show will be projected onto Lambeau Field’s outer west façade, off of Ridge Road. Guests can get the best view of the show by looking at the stadium from the plaza at Titletown or Lambeau Field parking lots 5 and 6. The show is seven minutes long, and will play every half hour from 6 to 9 p.m. For a full list of show dates and times, please visit titletown.com/events/calendar/winter-jubilee-light-show.
This year’s Winter Jubilee also will feature a variety of additional programming and festive events, including Breakfast with Santa at Rockwood Terrace each Saturday morning from Nov. 24 through Dec. 22. The holiday events will culminate in Titletown’s inaugural outdoor New Year’s Eve celebration – Titletown NYE ’18 – with extended tubing and skating hours, special activities for all ages and a midnight countdown leading up to the new year. More Winter Jubilee programming will be announced soon.
All Winter Jubilee events are open to the public, with all activities free unless otherwise noted. Breakfast with Santa will require reservations and payment for participation, and more details will be available in the coming days.
Ariens Hill, the tubing hill adjacent to the ice skating rink, will open in the coming weeks, as soon as weather conditions are favorable for making snow. This year’s tubing hours and admission prices are also available at titletown.com/events/recreation/tubing.
With winter activities beginning, the park at Titletown will remain open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with all activities subject to change depending on weather.
