Oshkosh Police say since September 9, they have reported 9 burglaries and 3 attempted burglaries that took place in the residential area surrounding the UW Oshkosh campus.
The rash of burglaries has police reminding people to be careful. Simple steps like remembering to lock your cars and home, including the windows.
Police say don't hesitate to report any suspicious behavior you notice. Also, don't tempt burglars - remove valuable items from your car.
