Police say Indalesio Flores-Hernandez began shooting at a man early Thursday morning in what officers are calling a domestic dispute.

Flores-Hernandez is facing a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

A judge set his bond at $200,000 cash.

He also ordered Flores-Hernandez have no contact with his ex-girlfriend or the victim.

A criminal complaint accuses Flores-Hernandez of luring his ex and the victim outside their apartment.

Police say the suspect then shot at the victim several times, hitting him in the neck, arm, and shoulder.

The victim managed to drive away and call police.

They found gun magazines at the scene and Flores-Hernandez in a nearby apartment.

Police did now, however, find the gun.

"We are relatively close to southwest high school right there, so with the children out there, our concern is that someone will come across it inadvertently," Lt. Jeff Brester said. "So if anyone would see it out there, call the police department and we'll have officers respond."

The criminal complaint says Flores-Hernandez and his ex-girlfriend spent 12 years together and have two children.

The complaint says they separated a few months ago.

Flores-Hernandez will appear in court later this month.
