People in Green Bay had a chance to clap their hands and stomp their feet surrounded by gorgeous scenery Sunday at the Grass Roots Festival at the Garden.
The Green Bay Botanical Garden partnered with Mile of Music to bring in five bands, with styles ranging from bluegrass to folk.
Organizers say the money raised goes back to the garden to support the garden’s horticultural and educational programs.
"It's really nice to see the community coming together from northeast Wisconsin, Appleton and the Green Bay area coming up to experience the garden, experience this live music," said Eileen Metzler, Green Bay Botanical Gardens.
The garden hopes to raise about $10,000.
