The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public's help finding the owner a dog that bit a child in the face.
It happened Sunday around 4:30 p.m. at Union Park on 611 Park Street in Manitowoc.
The dog is described as a small black and brown dog with white spots. Police say it may be a beagle or terrier.
The owner is described as a woman in her 40's with purplish red hair.
