The man accused of hitting and killing a mother and daughter while driving drunk, reaches a plea agreement on Tuesday.

Authorities say David Meyer hit 44-year-old Rebecca Pennenberg and her 18-year-old daughter, Raelia Pennenberg, while they were walking along French Road in Lawrence in 2017.

Investigators say Meyer blew a .219 on a breathalyzer at the scene.

He faces up to 25 years in prison when he's sentenced in September.
