APPLETON (NBC 26) — A major endowment is helping the YMCA of the Fox Cities to expand.
In a press release today the organization announced it has received $250,000 from U.S. Venture, Inc. for its new wellness wing project at the Appleton YMCA. The U.S. Venture Wellness Wing will include a new personal training studio, wellness center, cycling studio, and pilates reformer studio.

The YMCA is excited to be able to offer the following programs and services in this new area:
· Small Group Personal Training
· 1:1 Personal Training
· Athletic Performance Training
· Pre/Post Rehab-Physical Therapy
· TRX, Kettlebell, and additional HIIT class offerings.
· Mobility, Stretching, and Recovery
· Additional square footage for member wellness usage
