Wrightstown Police: Green Bay man injured after fall at construction site

WRIGHTSTOWN (NBC 26) — A Green Bay man was injured at a construction site in Wrightstown Monday morning, according to Wrightstown Police.

Police said at around 10:37 a.m., a 59-year-old Green Bay man sustained life-threatening injuries when he fell from the roof of a construction site located at 1290 Broadway Street in Wrightstown.

The man was taken to a hospital for his injuries. Police said a portion of Highway U was shut down for approximately 10 minutes between Highway 41 and Poplar Street.

Police don't have an update on the man's condition and the department isn't releasing his name pending notification of family.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Wrightstown Police Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
