CALUMET COUNTY, Wis. (NBC 26) - A woman is dead after a single motorcycle crash in Calumet County.
It happened around 8:00 Sunday night on Highway 10, west of County Highway D.
Police say the driver, a 53-year-old Neenah man, was traveling westbound on Highway 10, when he lost control of the motorcycle. They say the female passenger was thrown from the motorcycle.
The passenger was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where she died from her injuries.
Police say an older, small green car may have been traveling on Highway 10 at the time of the crash. They ask anyone with information about that car, or the crash, to contact the Calumet County Sheriff's Office or Calumet County Crimestoppers.
The incident is under investigation.
