The Wisconsin Supreme Court has suspended Len Kachinsky from serving as a reserve municipal court judge for a period of three years.

The order was handed down on Tuesday, according to online court records.

The court also states if Kachinsky were to request appointment as a judge, he must first file a petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court and provide evidence that he is fit to serve.

Kachinsky is a former Fox Crossing municipal judge. Back in December 2018 , a jury acquitted Kachinsky of a felony stalking charge. He had been accused of harassing his court manager and causing her emotional distress. He appeared in court in May 2019 on charges of violating a restraining order.

Kachinsky is also known for being the former lawyer of Brendan Dassey, whose trial was documented in the popular Netflix series Making A Murderer.
