GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Usually around this time of the year, the Green Bay Distillery is a busy spot and popular hangout destination.
"This is a place we come often, get a couple of drinks visit with friends, its usually packed in here and great place to visit," Sandy Nelson said.
The current state mandate has forced the closure of the dine-in area and the distillery has had to adjust accordingly.
"Staffing wise, we've had to reduce our staff and right now we're only operating with what we need for our deliveries and takeout," owner Michael McNerney said.
Even with the changes the one thing that has remained the same is Fish Friday.
Its a little harder to cook fish on Fridays in your house so a lot of people like to order it for take out or delivery so we've been fairly busy on Fish Friday's for Lent.
Although customers like Sandy, can't dine in like usual, she still understands the importance of supporting her favorite places any way she can.
"We want all of these businesses to succeed so hopefully when we get out of the quarantine quickly, we actually have businesses to go back to."
