GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — During Mental Health Awareness Month, advocates at We All Rise want to open the door for more Black people to find help if they need it.
The organization offers therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
“If you do focus on your mental health, it will literally bring you so many beautiful opportunities within yourself,” said Dexter McKinney, a We All Rise crime victim advocate.
Advocates say therapy can lead to lower stress, greater personal satisfaction, and resolutions to problems.
