FOND DU LAC, Wis. — It’s the weekend many wait for all year for in Fond Du Lac: Walleye Weekend!
This is the 41st year of Walleye Weekend, a free event celebrating Fond Du Lac and Lake Winnebago. It’s also the kick off to summer in fond du lac.
Organizers say nearly 300 fishing teams will be heading out Saturday morning to kick off the fishing tournament.
Walleye Weekend goes through Sunday.
