BROWN COUNTY (NBC 26) — A teenager accused of killing a man in the parking lot of the Walgreens on West Mason Street appeared at the Brown County Courthouse today for his preliminary hearing.
Jeremiah Robinson's counsel requested a change of attorney due to a conflict of interest. It was granted, and the judge scheduled the next hearing for March 23.
The 15-year-old from Milwaukee is being charged as an adult for first-degree homicide in the death of a 31-year-old Green Bay man.
