GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- An upgrade to Webster Avenue is now open.
The section from the East River to Radisson was a $13 million project to replace underground public utilities and concrete.
The section shut down in April to make room for construction. As part of the project, 24 houses were purchased and removed to widen the road.
Additionally, the railroad crossing near Eastman Avenue was upgraded.
