GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Titletown is officially unveiling the highly anticipated TitletownFlats today with a ribbon-cutting at 3 p.m.

The day celebrates the finishing of construction for the housing on the west side of Titletown. It's a six-floor apartment complex with a medley of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Studio's start at $1,395, all the way to three-bedrooms which are $3,495.

In addition, the amenities include a private dog park, tenant lounge, fitness room, sun deck, and more. And of course, one of the bigger draws is the location of Titletown itself and Lambeau Field as a neighbor. President and CEO of the Packers, Mark Murphy, said these apartments are going to enhance and transform Titletown.

“Titletown has proved to be a dynamic, lively environment for both visitors and our townhome residents, and we’re excited to see how our new neighbors in TitletownFlats will add to the energy of the area as they take advantage of everything Titletown has to offer,” said Murphy.

Another upside of the complex is the walkability. Jackie Krutz is Titletown Residential and Programs manager, and said one of the most popular parts of Titletown is the programs and activities it offers. She said they want to bring that to the new flats.

"This is a home that you can just park your car in and walk to different programs, events," said Krutz. "We have, you know, an amazing hotel here, we have restaurants, we have everything you could possibly think of," said Krutz.
