WAUPACA COUNTY, Wis. (NBC 26) - Two people are injured after a vehicle crash early Sunday morning on U.S. Highway 10.
It happened around 1:52 a.m. Sunday in the town of Weyauwega, east of County Highway F, when a vehicle traveling eastbound was struck from behind by another vehicle.
The vehicle that was hit entered the median and overturned several times. The driver of that vehicle was flown to the hospital by ThedaStar Air Ambulance. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
No one else was in either vehicle.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
