VILLAGE OF LITTLE CHUTE (NBC 26) -- Police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a home Monday morning.
The Fox Valley Metro Police Department said officers responded to a welfare check at around 8:30 a.m. Monday to an address in the 900 block of West Elm Drive in Little Chute.
Upon arrival officers found two adults dead in the home.
The Fox Valley Metro Police Department does not believe there is any ongoing threat to the community. The department said there will be a police presence in the area throughout the day due to the investigation.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department, Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, the Fox Cities Victim Crisis Response Team and the Outagamie County Chaplain Program assisted with the investigation.
No other details were immediately released.
