ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) — Beginning August 14 and continuing for the 2021-2022 Packer Season, the traffic pattern on Holmgren Way and Armed Forces will change, the Village of Ashwaubenon announced Wednesday.
Beginning two hours prior to the start of the game, the village said a portion of Holmgren Way will close to traffic between Mike McCarthy Way and Brett Favre Pass. Armed Forces will also be closed between S. Oneida St and Holmgren Way. This closure will remain in place until two hours after the end of the game.
The village said there will be a partial closure at northbound Holmgren Way at Mike McCarthy Way to allow for rideshare and those who wish to access gameday parking within the closure area. Rideshare and Taxi service may enter the closure area between Mike McCarthy Way and the closure barricades next to Anduzzi’s Sports Pub for active drop off and pick up of patrons. Once the patron(s) are picked up, the driver(s) will need to exit to the south on Holmgren Way.
According to the village, for those wishing to park in the Green Bay Visitors Bureau (formerly Imperial Supplies) at 789 Armed Forces Dr, utilize the rideshare closure area to access the driveway adjacent to Anduzzi’s Sports Pub to the parking lot.
Those wishing to park in the Stadium View Bar and Grill parking lot at 1963 Holmgren Way can utilize Lombardi Ave to Holmgren Way, south to Brett Favre Pass to access the back entrance of the lot. Those wishing to park in the Blue Lot across from the Resch Center will need to access that lot via the south gate on Mike McCarthy Way. No other vehicles will be permitted.
