GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Residents are set to begin moving in Monday to TitletownFlats, the seven-story apartment building on the west side of Titletown.
Back in late September, Titletown Development LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for the apartment complex.
TitletownFlats, located along Brookwood Drive and Marlee Lane in the west end of Titletown features 152 units, ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom flats.
The Packers stated in a previous news release that leases begin in November.
Billed as luxury apartments, rent for the units start at $1,395 per month for a studio, $1,575 a month for a one-bedroom, $2,650 a month for a two-bedroom, and $3,495 per month for a three-bedroom apartment, according to the TitletownFlats website.
