GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC26) -- The Children's Museum Green Bay offers hundreds of activities for families and friends in the Green Bay community to explore and learn.

They now offer a special event on the third Thursday of each month thanks to Prevea HSHS St. Vincent Children's Hospital. "Sensory-Friendly Nights" are for families that have a child or children with disabilities.

Families and therapists are invited to join in on the fun for free from 4 p.m to 6 p.m.

Some children can have sensitivity to lights and sounds so offering a night that is just for them to take the time they need to play with their family is important.
