Second arrest made in connection to fatal shooting outside Walgreens in Green Bay

GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — A second arrest has been made in connection to a fatal shooting outside a Walgreens in Green Bay last month, police said Friday.

Green Bay Police announced that Jeromy Finke was taken into custody. The police didn't release any other information.

The shooting happened on Feb. 18, when Green Bay Police responded to the Walgreens located at West Mason St and S. Oneida St.

Green Bay Police officers found the suspect a short distance away and took him into custody. Police said officers recovered the handgun believed to have been used in the shooting.

The victim, a 31-year-old Green Bay resident, was located at a hospital where he died from his injuries.

According to court documents, the suspect, Jeremiah Robinson, is a 15-year-old runaway from Milwaukee. Robinson is being charged as an adult for first-degree homicide.
