OSHKOSH (NBC 26) -- Music fans in Oshkosh want their money back.
Country USA and Rock USA have both been cancelled because of COVID-19.
On Tuesday, organizers posted a statement on social media saying their financial situation is "seriously impaired," saying they're working to pay artists and vendors before refunding fans.
That's not sitting well with some fans.
"I’ll never go to Rock USA again. It'll never happen,” said concert attendee Andrew Dodge. “They could give me my money back and passes for next year, and I won't go to their show. The way they've handled it, the way -- people were asking legitimate questions early on when this whole Covid thing happened, and they wouldn't make a response, period.”
In the statement, organizers said they are doing everything they can to keep the festivals going for next year and to do right by everyone involved.
NBC 26 did reach out to the organizers on Tuesday to get more answers for ticket holders. We have yet to hear back.
