BROWN CO. (NBC 26) - A rise in the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Brown County is due to community spread at a facility. The Brown County Health Department announced it Tuesday afternoon. No other details were released as it's currently being investigated. They did say it is not related to a voting facility.
The total number of cases in the county is now at 100. This number includes 95 from Brown County and 5 from Oneida Nation. In addition, there are 5 out-of-county transfers in Brown County.
The health department said 26 people are out of isolation in the county; Oneida is reporting 3 people out of isolation. The county also saw a drop in the number of hospitalizations as 20 people are hospitalized. The youngest case in the county reported April 11 is a 19-year-old.
