BROWN COUNTY (NBC 26) — UPDATE: An inmate who had escaped from Brown County Jail is now back in custody.
A representative with the Brown County Sheriff's Office said deputies found Justin J. Dietrich around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday night. The sheriff's office said he was not cooperative and a K9 was used to assist in apprehending him.
Dietrich was taken to the hospital for a medical check before being returned to the Brown County Jail. No officers were injured during the arrest.
The sheriff's office said the circumstances surrounding his escape are still being investigated. The sheriff's office also said the escape itself and charges related to those who assisted Dietrich during his escape or aiding him for these last two days is still under investigation.

Justin James Dietrich was last seen wearing a blue shirt and pants along with a white under shirt. He exited the loading dock area of the jail and headed east through the farm fields.
Dietrich is belived to have escaped due to an argument with his girlfriend.
Dietrich resides on CTH JJ in Wausaukee and is not known to be armed or an immediate danger to the community.
He was being held on charges of Manufacture/Delivery of Amphetamines, Manufacture/Delivery of Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Deliver Amphetamines, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Alter Identity Marks and Fraud.
His bond is set at $3000, serving a probation sentence until December 19, 2022 for Domestic Violence Disorderly Conduct.
