UPDATE: The heavy police presence in Combined Locks is over, and Richard Street is reopen after being closed for part of Friday morning and much of the afternoon.

NBC 26 heard authorities telling someone inside a home many times over a megaphone that they were there for a search warrant, and ordered that individual to leave the residence.

Nancy Seidl lives in the neighborhood where the incident happened.

She says she spent a lot of time looking out her window, and had to reschedule her doctor's appointment.

She says she never thought she would see such a situation in her small town, but admits she was proven wrong.

"I've lived here for 60 years, and I have never, ever had anything like this happen around here," Seidl said. "You always like to have your little town in the news, but not this way. Not this way. So, I just hope that everything is resolved in a peaceful way."

Outagamie County Sheriff deputies, as well as SWAT teams from the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office and Appleton Police were on scene.
