GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The Polar Express at the National Railroad Museum had planned on kicking off this year's season on November 20, but due to coronavirus concerns and restrictions, the event has been cancelled.
The National Railroad Museum in Green Bay sent out an email this week informing ticket holders about the difficult decision to cancel this year's train event.
Those who have purchased tickets to the sold-out event will automatically receive a refund in up to four weeks and will receive priority for purchasing Polar Express train ride tickets for the 2021 season.
