BROWN COUNTY (NBC 26) — A person died after an apparent farming accident, the Brown County Sheriff's Office said Saturday.
The Sheriff's Office said authorities received a call at 8:30 a.m. Saturday that a tractor had overturned on a person in the yard. According to the Sheriff's Office, it appears that the person was loading the tractor onto a trailer and the tractor missed the loading ramps and rolled over, pinning him underneath.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene. His name is being withheld at this time pending family notification, the Sheriff's Office said.
The Sheriff's Office didn't immediately release any other information on the incident. Brown County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
