GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- A video public service announcement featuring Green Bay Packers rookie quarterback Jordan Love has been released by the Packers and Bellin Health.
The PSA highlights the benefits of wearing a mask and asks the community for teamwork while battling the COVID-19 pandemic.
"It really is a sign of humility," Chris Woleske, president and CEO of Bellin Health, said. "I understand that I have a civic responsibility to act responsibly to protect my neighbors and people that I come across in my daily life."
Woleske said wearing masks is important to get children back in schools.
"We all want to see them get back to the ability to enter into that social environment where they learn so much about relationships and getting along and just life in general," she said. "And the only way that I think that happens in a safe and effective way is if in the community we're controlling the spread of COVID-19."
